Glenn County Dental Program cover

I was contacted to help make a visually interesting cover for a pamphlet on Colusa County, CA’s dental program. The cover needed to represent the minorities the program would serve, as well as the dentists and county workers, and feature some local flavor, though I wasn’t given much imagery for the latter.
